Your wanted angle to achieve a certain point is understandable but. World is round no matter where ever you start you will end back at the same point. The list of all these goons link to each other and many in the same realm.

The specific point which i was alluding to despite the fact that i am just a gullible fed by American propaganda was simply that the current government and its machinery has enough tools at hand to bring law and order.

The selective nature of its implementation keeps breeding oppressed people thus prolonging the gorakh dhanda of farming and harvesting.
