Correction. That would be the Hague convention. Firing at hollow head skulls is illegal.

Actually Taiwan refuted Pak claims (dont know if it came from govt or not) that the missile shows belongs to Taiwan.Then some (top ranking) Pak bureaucrat claimed on twitter "Lockheed martin has filed a case against GoI for false allegations of downing F16", Lockheed Martin replied right there on twitter that "LM has done no such thing"
