Gentlemen please! All India is doing is what IWT allows them in the first place. They were not doing so previously and access water was also going down to Pakistan, now they have decided that they will use their share of the water "ALLOWED TO THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE UNDER IWT". So what is all the fuss about? India is not responsible for our lack of planning to this day and failure of successive governments of PMLN and PPP to build any Dam. In fact PPP to this day does not support building Dams. We first need to drop a bunker buster on Bilawal House before we do on India.

I'm sure there are many courses of action that Pakistan can take before things come to the dam buster bomb phase.

Pakistan has been able to, alhamdulillah, weather the storm that came after the US invasion of Afghanistan. A lot has been learned and, I'd like to think, we've come about better prepared for the troubles that India may throw at us.

Once the US leaves and the Afghan border is secure enough, Pakistan will have a lot more free resources at hand and newer expertise to deal with India and exploit any weaknesses that may arise.
