Basically there is clear nexus between India and Taliban. India trained Afghan soldiers but so poorly so that they cannot fight against Taliban.

They supported Soviets against Mujahideens but only verbally as they did not want them to win

They funded Ashraf Ghani government so that it’s staff could be bought and made to run away when Taliban comes to challenge them

they were always paving way for Taliban

PS: I am joking obviously, they were just so bad that every time they had a strategy about Afghanistan it backfired against them
