Experiment what? Prove a capability to launch a one tonne object into orbit? Experiment completed. Capability proven. With SUPARCO it's more about acquiring satellite knowhow at present, rather than acquiring experience putting objects into orbit. They're going at their own merry pace.

In 2003, Musharraf promised SLV version of Shaheen, how much time it take to convert a missile into SLV? 3 months? 6 months?

Its not possible mate,they currently doesn't such a program .There was reports of a Pakistani SLV& Shaheen based SLV-.A cryogenic engine isn't possible anytime soon.

The engine tested now CE-20 uses gas generator cycle .

But staged combustion cycle based engines are far more advanced-Our next 600 kN cryogenic engine would use the same.

I was just mentioning the difference in the image you posted and the cycle CE-20 operates .
