Beautiful, looks like they finally have good crew and cameras for the launch......hope we get a good footage
(I know its unnecessary and doesnt add any functionality but is a treat to watch like on SpaceX and NASA missions)

The countdown for the launch of GSLV-F11/GSAT-7A mission started today at 14:10 Hrs IST from Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) SHAR, Sriharikota. The launch is scheduled at 16:10 Hrs IST on 19th December 2018.

I hope ISRO does. Entertaining videos will only help evince even more interest in space.
Though I don't think they will; we will get the same potato cam vids.
I really want to be wrong here.
