Buthurt false flag propagandist. The casualty count in Israel has been low since before there was an Iron Dome. In fact, Israel's casualty ratio to Palestine was far worse in 2012 than in 2009, and in 2012 they had Iron Dome and in 2009 they did not. If the Iron Dome impacted Israeli performance, it was for the worse, at least according to raw casualty count. Body count therefore may not say anything about the Iron Dome's effectiveness - it may be saying a lot more on the relative low quality of Hamas' arsenal. And there was extensive property damage in Israel in 2012, though it was only after the conflict was over that the Israeli media bothered to cover it - until then, it was all about the Iron Dome as the savior. I bet the same is the case now.
Well, I can see why do you want to believe in the Iron Dome's success, then.
In any case, most of its funding is of foreign origin (e.g. US government), ans since it's clear "the product" needs improvements and their current funders have no vital interest in it, it'll need committed investors.
If what you say is true, then the logical conclusion is that Hamas is launching rockets that are so ineffective, it takes hundreds or even thousands of launches to kill just one person. If that's the case, why shouldn't Hamas stop firing and sue for peace?
Or more likely, Ted Postol is incorrect.
@LeveragedBuyout don't forget you can't use bullet u less there is foot on the ground .
The fact is as always said accuracy of Palestinian rockets are shit and the only thing going they are capable of are disrupting daily life in Israel and at least harm them economically
The Palestinians were killed and targeted even before they start firing rockets .Is that a satisfying trade for Palestinians? Palestinian lives in exchange for some harm to the Israeli economy?
From my perspective, it's going to be very hard to get outsiders to respect Palestinian lives until the Palestinians themselves respect their own lives. Trading Palestinian lives just to disrupt the daily life of Israelis is a staggering concept, completely alien to me.
The Palestinians were killed and targeted even before they start firing rockets .
are you saying they must be good lambs and die without any fighting .
I believe USA would have supported Israel no matter whatI'm saying that whatever fighting they're doing is ineffective, and only provides cover for more Palestinians to get killed. If no rockets were fired, do you think even the US would support Israel if it continued fighting after that? I doubt even internally, Israelis would support such a military campaign.
Meanwhile, all the resources that have gone into weapons-making could have been spent building the economy. Shouldn't the first goal of any Palestinian government--or supporters of Palestinians like Iran--be to improve the lives of Palestinians? Surely you don't think the rocket launches are materially helping Palestinians, do you?
hamas rockets are mostly duds .check the level of casualties by hamas rockets...

Hmmm...Probably. But WTF are you doing with the JAT Regiment badge in your avatar? My Diwali Rocket is better than those![]()
