The Indians have delayed the handover because the Pakistanis were to continue with the bellicose ceremony of lower its flag at the time of handover. India obviously refused to carry out their own ceremony on the same wavelength. The want the night time so people may not spectate and jeer and make videos. This is the same thing with the last handover. They might like to post pictures of Pakistan surrendering Bangladesh but they cannot handle one handover of a pilot.
