Everybody knows Turkey together with Gulf countries have been financing,training,providing sanctuary to the islamists militants/extremists fighting in Syria against the government. So there is nothing new in this article that we don't already know.
The only issue now, is will Turkey and the gulf states really stop/reduce their support to these groups or will they continue? That's the only thing that remains to be seen.

Turkey is the gateway for most of the wannabe isis recruits. They land in Turkey and proceed into Syria and Iraq to join the ranks of isis, why would the recruits go there if people were to beat them up there?.

provide those solid facts regarding 'financing, training' of IS on Turkish soil if you can. these so called proof are like that of US showing proof of Iraq's WMD's, NYT falsely using picture of Erdogan and Davutoglu leaving a local mosque which 'has relations with IS' (nyt yesterday corrected and apologized for it), US claiming it has killed Bin Laden yet not a single solid proof, Turkish opposition media showing an edited picture of Erdogan's son with so called IS members in Istanbul while they are just local restaurant owners etc. you see, if there is no solid proof, no one with a brain will fall for such cheap US/western media tricks anymore lol. These articles only serve the interests and please an audience to push Turkey in a bad guy role while everybody forgets about the main engineer behind the whole mess in the ME; the US. For that matter we can also say that all those countries where IS members hail from are the responsibility of their govt, yet no one is blasting the EU countries where a portion of the IS fighters come from. Germany and Austria only recently started to ban and crack down on ISIL. Let those EU countries first make sure that no suspicious guy on a blacklist leave their own soil before blaming Turkey. Sure Turkey has made mistake by supporting FSA, which were/are originally mainly not religious as you know well, but Turkey and the US/UK is not responsible for those fsa members switching to IS later on. I agree Turkey should and will step up its efforts against IS on our soil since those 49 hostages have been rescued today. so we shall see. But i sincerely hope Turkey will not enter the coalition, let the US/UK (and probably Israel) too clean up the mess they initially designed for the region lol. you can have your own opinion, but not your own facts.

Lol main equipments of IS are captured from Iraqi forces during seize of a base, where US equipments handed over to Iraq , So the point is that, cant US just destroy that base with a basic bomb in the beginning ? ( honestly have you guys ever think of this and criticize your country 1stly)

Come on, the real supporter of IS is west, as usual. They were always baby sitters of Terrorists in world , as its same for IS also.

I have always been against toppling regimes in the middle east and most of all supporting these terrorists scums in Syria for the wrong reasons(we dont do it for democracy by the way, its geo politics we are playing). I always criticize our governments decisions when i think they are wrong, and i say it loud. Theres nothing wrong in that. You can trace my earlier comments about similar topics. I believe you can love your country, be patriotic but still be smart/honest enough to criticize your government when they go wrong.

Of course our leaders have been supporting these muslims extremists/terrorists from the beginning, since they wanted to use them to topple the Syrian regime and weaken Russia/Iran infleunce in the region. It was a very short sighted move, since they thought the regime there will fall quickly like in Libya, not knowing that Syria is totally different from Libya and has strong allies. I can still understand our leaders decision to support such groups to an extent, since they had basically little or no interests in Syria anyway and we dont border the region, hence there was little risks for us in supporting them. But what i dont understand is Turkey's decision to support these scums, knowing Turkey is a middle eastern country and even borders Syria and also has a large insurgent Kurdish group 'PKK' they have been fighting for decades invane(creating instability/arms in Syria for these group to thrive even more).

This should have giving you even more reason to stay neutral and prevent any group from using your territory to harm a neighbouring state. This will soon come back to hunt you, there has been several examples like this before(see Pakistan). No matter what, you shouldn't arm rag tag/extremists groups to destablize/topple another country, and most of all a neighbour for that matter. It makes no sense at all. I think your government made a huge mistake, which they are too proud to admit and change course. But i must confess its same with our government as well.lol However we are not a middle eastern country and don't border either Iraq or Syria. so our situation is different.

So yes its interests/Politics not values. Unfortunately thats how geo politics works, its a dirty game, nobody is clean/holy in it.
So its up to each country to know whats best for them. So dont blame others/complain if you allow yourself to be used.
However, even with this, our leaders seem to have noticed ISIS and its branch brothers 'FSA', Al Nusra etc have become detrimental to our interests as well. So they have to be curtailed/destroyed.

At least you agree Turkey made a mistake supporting these scums called rebels/freedom fighters'.lol at least i admire your honesty unlike others who still deny any involvement.
However, there was never any such thing as FS it was all a farce. There are all islamic groups with different tag name.lol To be honest, if ISIS hadnt invaded/conquered most of Iraq and threatened Kurdish region/beheaded our citizens/journalists, then they will still be called rebels/fighters against Assad regime like they were called for all these while. Its just because they have overstepped their boundaries that we have started acting against them and treating them like terrorists which they are.
