The screen grabs I saw had the scud laid on top of a regular long trailer truck, but not an erector launcher, in that case, the Scud will be useless. Then there's the matter of:

1. What version of the Scud they have.
2. How many they have in their possession.

A few isolated captured missiles can be dismantled easily by airstrikes without the need of ever placing boots behind enemy lines but if they have significant stockpiles (along with erector launchers), then the matter can be significantly complicated because it must be remembered that the ISIS enjoys the active support of a number of Saddam-era military officers, atleast some of whome are bound to be familiar with this technology and that represents a very credible threat because so far the greatest peace of mind we have been able to maintain is that the terrorists will lack the training to use any WMDs or long range projectiles, which might just be on the verge of changing.

They have an attraction to the sub continent because of the sheer numbers of sunnis that live here - maldives, BD, pakistan, afghanistan, india. Assuming there are a billion sunnis in the world - half of them being female - the other fertile jihadi half is around 500 million then probably half of that 500 million sunnis live in the sub continent and many of them are prone to radicalization.

Indeed, however, I still think that's the least likely scenario, in all likelihood, the Scud is probably inoperable as yet or may have been disabled before whoever left it behind, well, left it behind!

Some one here told me that scuds does not have the range to reach iran or israel.... But I remember saddam firing them towards israel during Gulf war 1

For the time being, they are out of range, with range varying greatly based on what type of scud it is, they may be keeping an eye out to see if they move it but I'm very sure they aren't really treating this as an imminent threat at the moment.
