You could have used a feature called PM( personal message) to ask about something to Webmaster.

Now u dont have any countries hostile towards srilanka,but a forum to discuss developments in srilanka by srilankans should definitely be created.

If we open dedicated section for Sri-Lanka as well, there won't be many posts or activity but I hope that will give our Sri-Lankan friends something they have asked multiple times. So my Vote is for YES.
