In essence this is what India is doing, PAK-FA/ FGFA project is an example. However I don't think that any other country will be able to help Russia. The changes need to come from within, from the people. Unfortunately they face the same problem as we do: corruption to a greater extent.
Russia still has a lot of potential, I don't think t's over yet.

this is wat i said..
their sun won't set ever![]()
@chinese dragon: who said that Indians always dream of a destabilized China, many of us always take pride when China surpasses west in a particular field.
Did you read that article from the IDR think tank, which is recommended reading for the Indian army/navy/air force?
Anyway, it's just my opinion. I could be wrong of course.
Dude I think we have expressed in in unequivocal terms that their is no recommend reading of IA/IN/IAF. Anyone can recommend themselves and advertise themselves in free media, how hard it is to understand? I'm really getting offended at the prospect of IDR being India's think-tank. I hope I'd not need to repeat it in future.
From the day India hosted our largest separatist group, till today (half a century later), their behaviour towards China makes me believe that they will never be happy with a powerful Middle Kingdom.
Another ad nauseum, you yet to give any proof of GoI politically or economically supporting Tibetan govt in Exile and/or Tibetan govt in Exile indulging in illegal activities in China. Since you people so in love with official statements and stands, why is it so hard to understand that India doesn't recognize Tibetan govt in Exile neither it plays a part in Indian politics.
Well I know I'm hitting my head on wall, but still.
I have never heard you make that argument before, I just stated what I read on the website.
If you have a source that shows that IDR is not recommended reading, then I would be very glad to see it.
Whether or not it is recommended reading though, the point still stands that there are plenty of cheer leaders in India hoping for China to collapse. They make the same prediction year after year, and are never ashamed when it turns out to be wrong.
OK then explain this to me.
1959: Nehru is singing his false song of "Hindi-Chini bhai bhai", China and India are supposedly getting along well.
Then out of nowhere, Nehru decides to host our biggest separatist group, immediately after they failed to overthrow the Chinese government.
Tell me, is that the action of a friend? Or even a "bhai" as Nehru said?
There can't be any recommended reading of IA/IN/IAF unless it's printed by GoI, which IDR is not. It is as recommended to Indian armed force as Pakistan Defence Forum is to Pakistan Armed Force. Although unlike PDF there are more popular Indian think-tanks available in cyber.
Back on topic guys. I knew this would end up on Tibet.
*Sigh*
