At the first place as you have said India's secular credentials were fake and duplicitous, this was not in letter and spirit and relegated to just Indian constitution clauses and some resolutions....deep down the hatred for minorities was always there.

Than thin fake veil of secularism is all gone, coming out is one picture the brand Hindutva...and Indians are falling for it and loving it...the change.
