Isnt chinese communism just spiritual or cultural, they've been capitalist for decades now. Even North Korea isnt really communist they follow their own juche ideology.

I wouldnt bet money and say North Korea isnt communist. I think the most communist countries are the most hermitic and secretive because they cant function normally like or/and with other mainstream/conventional states. Thats North Korea and Cuba at the minimum.

As communism idea has become death and even leave by all existing communist countries so what is your ideal type of system ?

Communism is by far too advanced for any human civilization to achieve right now.

Indos, I will take partially from what ChineseTiger1986 has said above. Communism in China and all other "Communist" societies is not dead because Communism has not actually arrived in those societies.

But the Libyan Jamahiriya, until 2011, was, in its political system close to Communism. Please read this document to understand the political system that governed Libya until 2011.

As for a Communist economic system, I will propose a mostly moneyless society, with all basic needs ( education, medical system, electricity, water etc ) being free, and the remaining things to be obtained through a "Social Credits" system ( similar to what is being implemented in China presently ).

Communism need to have a cashless society like Star Trek to even work, its far too advance currently.

Cashless or moneyless ??

I meant to say that Indians don't share wealth equally.

But Cuba is open.

Simply I would say China is economically capitalist but politically more Communist.

In fact the Chinese are some of the most materialistic, consumerist people in the world. Maybe that’s to do with widespread atheism.

To achieve the communism, you need a highly advanced society with nearly endless capacity in production.

Only AI could help us to achieve this point.

A highly advanced political theory with a backward country with low production will only become counterproductive.

China during the Great Leap and Cultural Revolution did make these kind of mistakes. However, without those experimental fields, we wouldn't figure out how it can work out. Karl Marx was a man living in the 19th century, he can only provide us a general theory, but to turn a theory into the reality needs tremendous amount of works, and needs to be carried out by the successors. During the course of the experiments, everyone can make mistakes, since no one is absolutely flawless.

They are about as "communist" as they are a "democratic peoples republic", the entire country is simply a playground for the decendents of kim il sung.

Communism is a flawed ideology in practice, but in theory a communist society can be just as free or democratic as a capitalist society.

I see.

But what do you think of cases like Chinese teens selling kidneys to help them purchase a new iPhone, or the craze in China of creating skyscrapers basically replicating the American model for cities, or the presence of two stock markets in China ?? There are other things too like these.

Not very harmonious.
The difference is the Chinese kid has enough to eat while the Indian guy selks his kidney so that he could eat.

So who is superior to the Chinese Communist Party ?? The PLA or the citizens ??
According to the Constitution, CCP should be held accountable by the citizenry of China. In reality, the checks and balances are largely internal to the party. I would say since 1980's, the CCP operates more or less like a corporation. Officials have KPIs they need to meet (i.e. poverty rates, income level, growth etc) in order to get promoted.

It's not quite a dictatorship, but an authoritarian oligarchy. Even Xi Jinping himself is kept in check by party elders and factions.

China is socialist for one simple reason that the banking sector is firmly in the hand of the state.

Everything else is functional and effective decoration.

You need to read Marx' work. NK is far from being communist as productivity needs to reach a level no society has yet attained in order to become communist.

I am glad that you recognized that all "Communist" countries until now have been experiments basically.

Your point about nearly endless means of production... That can be achieved via neighborhood-level 3D Printing shops ( even for food printing ), artificial meat, Urban Farms and Vertical Farms which are all operated on collective basis.

Though I don't understand why you brought in AI.

Also, the political theory behind the Direct Democracy Socialism system that governed Libya until the 2011 invasion, was essentially a Communist system, even if Gaddafi called it part of his Third Universal Theory. Please read that theory here. Even Elon Musk wants Direct Democracy for near-future Mars colonies.

Economics-wise, a Communist society will have free basic services plus "Social Credits" system for the remaining items.

Basically it is an attempt to turn right while flashing the left turn signal.

I am not saying that AI will be necessarily the magic wand that could bring the human society into the stage of communism, but it will surely assist the human society to achieve an even greater scale in production.

BTW, too many hateful rhetoric against communism without any particular reason. No country in the history has yet to become a communist nation.

When the mankind has reached the immortality, then it could achieve the communism at the same time.

I agree.

No country in the history has yet to become a communist nation.

Well, the true state of Communism is for the entire humanity to become Communist. As my signature says : "Waiting for the day when governments have fallen, militaries disbanded and people begin ruling themselves."

When the mankind has reached the immortality, then it could achieve the communism at the same time.

By immortality do you mean biologically in natural human form or perhaps just the brain which is contained in some machine form ??

I know that India is not quite a harmonious society or that every Indian shares big economic wealth equally.

But tell me, how many young Chinese, older too, are transnational Socialists who adore such people as Che Guevara and desire a world that is Socialist ??

Che was a villain!

Go to Latin America and tell people you support Che..... it is true that he has some supporters but a lot of people will think you are crazy

(THE KILLING MACHINE)

it's funny (in a sad way)..... he talked so much about yankee imperialists but how many actual yankee imperialists did he kill? He killed a bunch of Latin Americans for the sake of an ideology which is utterly foreign to Latin people

Che Guevara is a loser, few admire him if not nobody. Even when China was in Chairman Mao's era, we never agree with Che Guevara. He has no plan, no organization, no principle, no strategic thinking, such a loser.
It's CIA who advertise Che Guevara, so that South American stop thinking.
Chinese think strategically, not as short sighted as Che Guevara.
