Imagine up to 50 Mohajer drones with enhanced engine flying in 15 Km height. And an squadron of F-14s right behind them with the newly upgraded radar which can detect targets at a distance of almost 650 Km!!!. Drones have low RCS, so drones can be used along with strong fighter jets such as F-14s. They can protect Tomcats against stealth jets which we know Tomcats cannot deter.

lol bro mohajer max speed is 400km/h vs tomcat mach2. if any world power goes after drones for A2A missions they will design that drone in a way to withstand extreme g force and capability of mach 3-4 speed and very high service ceiling. and for controlling it either they will develop AI with data link to other manned platforms or other delay free communication systems. until then it would be only manpads that get used as A2A missile.

During a possible enemy invasion or a offensive mission of IRIAF, we have only Tomcats to deter enemy aircrafts so they need cannon fodders in the front. A fighter jet is not supposed to fly with it's max speed, also they can have required distance with drones. Drones will reach enemy aircraft and even if we suppose that the intruding/defending enemy fighters could destroy all the 50 drones without being shot by Mohajer missiles, they cannot escape the upcoming Iranian manufactured Phoenix missile that Tomcats will fire towards them:

I agree regarding Israel since they don't even have a stealth UCAV but we are not ahead of US.
They simply have too much funding in such things and have big projects.

They are years ahead of other nation in overall UAV tech.
We are definitely amongst the top uav powers however.

dude drones are cheap compared to fighter jets but not that cheap so you use 50 drones to get one plane.

well , F-14 had kill ratio 159-1 in Iraq-Iran war .... I think F22 can have same kill ratio against something like Jf17 , Tejas , Saegheh , Azarakhsh .... maybe Su-30 with big radar and support of Ground base Radar can have a chance but other small fries don't have any chance against F-22 or F-35 ....


Pakistan has Inida as her enemy but we have USA and Israel as our enemy ...
