i do not think BLA is a threat to IRAN.

kurds rebels for over two decades are supported and equipped by west. even israelis are training and funding kurds. Iran acted after a 300,000 hectares area near iranian border was assigned to kurd rebels as a gift by the puppet kurdish automonous government.

these terror outfits have killed ''their own people'' too...kidnapped them, threatened them...etc.

in 1980s, PKK used to kidnap kurdish girls and force them to carry out bomb attacks....used to threaten their families unless they carried out their terror acts


its nothing more than extortion.....they are like mafia.

that has got to be one of the stupidest analogies i've seen on this forum...

comparing a Turkish-Iranian type operation to secure its border vs. a foreign occupation force securing a foreign country.


if you were talking about the US using drones to target trucks carrying arms/drugs from Mexican border, maybe it would be more credible.


actually, one could argue that when a drone kills an innocent civilian --that foments and creates more potential terrorists and terrorism. It doesnt solve the issue. Whereas when Iranian or Turkish forces get credible mil-intel on terrorist hideouts --it does help end terrorism. Ultimately, insurgencies like the one waged by PKK or PJAK or Taleban require not merely military action; political compromise is also required in the medium-long term.

Kurdistan region officials and PJAK leaders have confirmed reports that the bombardments spill over onto Iraqi territory, thus constituting an infringement of Iraqi sovereignty, AKnews reported.
