Yaar why bring India gain and again plz concentrate on the topic only.

Must agree on this point -- But Pakistanis seen wedded to the Indian, they don't think of themselves first but rather the Indian - it really is very curious.

The problem is the difficult geography of Pakistan-China border. We have not even yet built a good quality wide road and railway to connect Pakistan with China which is open year round and can move large volumes of trade between the two. Still most of Pakistan China trade is being done via sea. Any oil and gas pipe line has to go parallel to a good railway/road so that maintenance is going to be easy as well as original laying of pipe line.

I think there is already a plan in progress. But such projects will take a lot of time just consider how long it took for Korakoram highway. But even with average quality roads, the trasporation is much more faster and less risky when compared to slow and risky sea route of Indian Ocean. Thats Why Pakistan has immense potential for serving as a regional trade hub for Central and East Asia. If a proper road and rail infrastructure exist. Pakistan can even be a valuable economic corridore for Russia, China, Hong Kong, Central Asia at least.

That is right. But these projects should be speeded up. After Pakistan can earn tens of billions of dollars in transit fees alone in addition to being a trade hub. Also with good rail and road network Pakistan can have access to central Asia via China without going through insecure Afghanistan. With oil and gas pipe lines going through Pakistan to China, lots of transit fee can come in and the final price of oil and gas is going to be cheaper for Chinese too since they do not have to use Ships to transport gas and oil.
