Nope, different drone (that was the saeqhe, a much smaller 6m wingspan version of rq-170 with no internal weapons bay, hence not stealth, the simorgh is a bigger copy with an internal weapons bay).

Possibly the one that entered Israeli airspace and that Israel tried to shoot down multiple times (with two patriot missiles failing and a fighter jet attempted interception also failing) before it returned to Syria, though.

No such thing is stealth. F-117 was detected by 1960s radar in Serbia and promptly shot down.
