commander of Tehran 5th air-defense base 2 year

then commander of Teheran air defense 1.5 year
then commander of Tehran operation unit 1.5 years.
then commander of the IRGC air-Defense unit 1 year.

and what about too late. when we sentence one person in 3-4 month , every one cry we are hasty , the court was not fair because it was too fast , and when we take 2-3 year you guys complain about too late.
can you guys decide on we must be fast or slow and then inform us of your decision
