Because a Hindu can see Krishna in Christ or Allah and vice-versa. Hindus can see the same god everywhere and everything while on the other hand you cannot see god in anything because your definition of god is intangible for simple uneducated mind to perceive. Hence you go on destroying everything from idols to idol worshipers and everything in between which is tangible.
