The Cave of Miracles, which contains seven miracles mentioned in the Quran, displays them with the latest interactive techniques.

The park also includes several kiosks in all gardens to display information on all types of plants and cultivated trees, the benefits of their uses in food and medicine, as well as the verses mentioned in the Quran.

Al Hajiri explained that the mission of the Quran Park is to contribute to enhancing of the cultural and scientific roles of Islamic heritage by localising the plants mentioned in the Quran and Sunnah and the embodiment of the Islamic heritage.

The Quranic Park aims at building bridges of intellectual and cultural communication with different cultures, religions and people, by introducing the cultural achievements of the Islamic religion in the field of plant ecology and preparing a scientific database for the plants of the Arab environment and to improve the efficiency of performance in the fields of agricultural production and scientific research,” he said.

“The site of the strategic project in Khawaneej area, covering an area of 60 hectares, aims to present the values of Islam, which is the religion of tolerance, love and peace.

"It is a strong doctrine that embraces all social and human virtues. Peace is one of the principles of Islam that has deep roots in the hearts of Muslims and has become a part of their existence and the goal of Islam on earth.

"The Muslim is ordered to deal with others nicely and be benevolent and just in dealing with them as long as they are peaceful in their dealings and do not show enmity and hatred with Muslims,” he added.

NOTE:
NO form of trolling /off topic BS/ provoking/ making fun of or even measuring/ comparing anything will be tolerated!

Well, this is a nice concept especially for children... though I don't know about the fidelity followed by the creators.

though I don't know about the fidelity followed by the creators.
thats not for us to decide..

especially for children
My thoughts exactly...Children learn through playing, interacting, visualizing, conceptualizing...

Like a child goes to Disney land and wants to become a princess coz she can see it, feel it, looks decent to her eyes, ears, touch...all her senses are engaged.

This park [hopefully] builds that sense of relationship..Plus hopefully people see that there is no one standing at the entrance chopping off heads of non believers and do have a visit [sorry bad taste but I just wanted to put it out there!]

For non Muslims:

I remember when students from West visited my uni once upon a time, we included a trip to the masjid....Many didnt even know what it was called and were calling it Muslim Church[level of ignorance in the aam European was astounding] But when they saw it and were given a short lecture...some were linking it to what they knew [the Vatican where even Christians with shorts on are told to cover, no bare shoulders allowed and whatnot] so when you can see and relate, that is when barriers are broken...

I might have to visit it now.
Please do and give some reviews...I am curious and would want to visit this cave and glass house!

That's not ignorance but arrogance, pretence and hate.. most of them they know about Islam very well because in most of EU countries, schools teach about all the religions including Islam and also Islam and Muslims are featuring in almost every other news though mostly negatively but still.. they ought to know ..because even my cousins who were born & raised in Pakistan and never visited to any Church in their lives knew that this is place of worship.. may be it has to do something media as well since many of their movies feature Church while our own media always portrays religious & places in a bad light. We need to get rid of this basturd media..

No it was pure ignorance! Many had never met a Muslim! They just chose not to even fall on/ into anything that didnt side with their drinking habits [collage to uni freshy are like that]...The Eastern Europeans were the most lost.
The arrogance we got was from the British....We even made a formal complaint to the British high commissioner and he had a word with them - giving them a crash course on ethics and being polite! It was funny!

Not all....

And it doesnt touch any more than Islam, Quran, Prophet! Basically 10 pages or more [if I am not wrong that is what 1 of the girl told me...She was thought about Islam in 1 lesson]

Like I said:

Many didnt even know what it was called and were calling it Muslim Church
They didnt know what it was called...Not what it was for! Maybe they knew it in their language?!

2ndly I am talking about some who were from Eastern Europe- Poland [well he knew / kinda], Czech Republic/ Slovakia/ Hungary....Heck even those from Myanmar [we had a mixture from Europe and Asia] didnt know what it was called and called it the Muslim temple!

Not all....

And it doesnt touch any more than Islam, Quran, Prophet! Basically 10 pages or more [if I am not wrong that is what 1 of the girl told me...She was thought about Islam in 1 lesson]
Isn't there a thing called common sense .. some them called it Islamic Church so at least they should know what is Church for? even though they did not know about the inside activities. Though about East Europeans I can't say for sure because they quite immoral people & drunk people and ill-mannered as well but some of them are really sincere and warm

Like I said they knew what it was for...not what to call it!

some of them are really sincere and warm
Oh these were nice just ignorant....by ignorant I dont mean that as some hate word...just simply they didnt feel any need to know about it...and they admitted to it...Since they never interacted with any Muslims...
