The SFF is a disciplined force that is commanded by the Indian Armed Forces It is not a non state actor and only another instrument of state policy. You will find weed in any barracks - any country.

But Indian soldiers are not allowed to smoke weed according to their law. But no such law exists for Vikas regiments.

We didn't train terrorist groups like the LTTE on our soil to kill Sri Lankan civilians. That was what India did.

Partially You are right...India did train for its interest in Sri Lanka...Again coming to China, of course you do not need to train any terrorist, beacuse you simply use force occupy it like you did in Tibet. Weaker nations usually do the sponsoring of the terrorism as a hie out kind of thing as they do not pursue direct military intervention....

Karunanidhi might have helped him But Indian government and Amma was totally opposed to LTTE. Conflict with LTTE begun with sending of troops to srilanka. Infact india helped SL to eliminate LTTE. Without Indian support, they would not have won a fight against LTTE.

It is true we created the violent Tamil resistance, we just didn't know what a crazy bunch Prabhakaran & Co. are going to be. The LTTE lost their case the day they killed RG. That was something unforgivable.

I am sorry you ignorance to one of the most critical events of history is mind numbing to say the least. India played a major role in not only supporting but training of LTTE, in particular to quell any Tamil rebellion in Tamilnadu, the Indian Tamil politicians role can not be overlooked. When Prabhakan launched his campaign against all those who opposed him, it did spill over to Tamilnadu and several leaders of those groups. Ragiv Gandhi's decision to send IPKF was one of the reasons for his assassination by LTTE, BUT not the sole reason. Do not try to over simplify a very complex and bloody conflict in which India played a very major role, mostly in a negative manner.
