Agni 1 is too costly to use as conventional weapon for mass strike, its likely Brahmos the range 300km is in Hi-lo-lo mode to avoid any anti missile system as Pakistan has no anti missiles Brahmos will fly in Hi-Hi-lo mode where likely range is above 400 kms
