How am I taking the following out of context:

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh reportedly asked US secretary of state Hillary Clinton to convince Pakistan to withdraw its troops from the Line of Control as Indian forces were "far from the border and were no threat to Pakistan"


In fact it is you that are trying to give an interpretation to this that is just not there
