Very interesting read indeed. So, the lawyer is saying that eventhough all parties knew of where the guy was from Pakistan asks of his nationality. I think it is a perfect question under the circumstances, since the guy held a passport of a different nation. Why should the lawyer not object to the piece of evidence? Exactly because the guy was there on a nefarious basis with the support of a state.

Now this puts Nawaz and Dawn in a very bad light.

I don't think it will weaken the case... He might be liar and corrupted.. but he was your PM once.. ICJ got nothing to do with corruption charges or whatever case registered on him..

your post makes no sense showing Nawaz's video was done probably to counter Ajit Doval 's double squeeze strategy and other videos/paraphernalia which was coming out before Hussain Mubarak Patel was caught. This only proves India in a tit for tat response
