I think the Russian's have jet engines instead of propellors and are usually equiped with supersonic cruise missiles (because they were always going to face an opponent with superior airforce).

India have 10 approx. I think it just had a refit in Russia and is normally famlous for the long ranges.it can fly to S aric and back with out refuelling.
