What's new

Indian Navy rejected me from Pilot Selection.

So finally last week I received a reply from the Navy:

So it basically said that my sitting height of 98 cm was a bigger problem than my standing height of 194 cm.

Any other areas in the Navy for which you want to apply?

Well atleadt you getting rejected was not your fault & chocks dog tall guys like you

Caucasians generally have greater heights ( reasons why they look down at Asians...just kidding. blame it on Aryan blood ). No wonder that they have higher ceilings . Not surprising at Indians are Caucasians too... anthropologically..

I wonder if loosing some weight(especially around backside) can reduce your sitting height :undecided:

USAF have similar requirements.

  • Have standing height of 64 to 77 inches and sitting height of 34 to 40 inches
