What kind of gawaar thinks a tfr of 3 is a “good and healthy” one .. anything more than replacement level is bad ...

Fertility rate amongst Indian muslims was 2.4 in 2011 ,it's expected to reach replacement level by 2021 besides it is declining faster than Hindus.
Fertility rate is directly linked with poverty Tribals and Dalits have fertility rate over 3.

India should enforce one child policy very strictly. Forced sterilization of every low class people must be implemented.
