Checked for the surname Unmathallegadoo on Facebook, all of them happen to be from Mauritius.
Whenever you see a Hindu sounding name with double OO in the spelling, there is 99.999% chance that they are 4-5th generation migrants from either Africa/Caribbean. They have been away from India for a very long time and as a result their way of spelling names is very different from the way Indians do. This goes for both Hindu and Muslim migrants.
For example, last Mauritian prime minister's name was Anerood Jugnauth, in India this name would be spelled as Anirudh Jagannath. First prime minister's name was Seewoosagur Ramgoolam (Shivsagar Ramgulam in Indian Hindi). Another ex president's name was Abdool Raouf Bundhun, this would be spelled as Abdul Rauf in India.
