Fellows, this is just drop in the Ocean. The indian stuff being illegally imported into Pakistan is massive. Sorry to say this but this is purely cheap publicity by the Government. If IK government does not take "Real Steps" in the next few months to restrict indian goods, and not to ban Indian flights, then IK would be nothing more than a person with a big fat mouth with Zero actions. In other words, "All Talk and Bullshi.t walks."

Look for alternative sources, just ensure their is zero trade with India

Slowly and surely the trade ban will spur domestic industry to fill gaps. Before trade ban, Pakistan was importing less from other countries due to rupee depreciation and high tariffs, with complete ban of indian products except certain items, trade deficit will further fall.

Many reasons for it...

Pakistanis doesn't necessarily harbors the level of hatred for India, compared to what India/Indians had for Pakistan/Pakistanis. My brother cited this from USA...while Pakistanis will go to Indian stores and buy the stuff, Indians will make sure that they don't buy any Pakistani goods and don't visit the Pak run stores.

Was reading an Indian kid in a US store picks up a cookie pack...the mother insisted put it down this is a Pakistani product...this hatred is to this level.
