Which Pakistani people ?
Neither Indian citizens nor Indian Govt did interfere like this Pakistan or any other nations issue.
GoI took interest about the minorities sometimes only because Pak Govt begin to pass comments about minorities in India and shamelessly dragged in UN.

This one seems to be an interest from common Pakistanis.
Noone in India interfered in issues in Pakistan or any other neighbours .
