Actually, Iran seen it coming that how India already played them and used their soil for such kind of espionage as well as support to terrorists in Pakistan. Whether these things were in knowledge of Tehran before or not; doesn't matter in this conversation but one thing is sure that since Iran came to know as the guy is caught red handed and has spilled everything, there was other findings like BLF using Iranian border area or people like Uzair Baloch being utilized against Pakistan; Tehran decided wisely and do the right thing instead of being fooled by India. If India claims "intimidating behaviour" or any such "interference"; then simply allow full recording and documentation of the meeting to prove Indian claims.

Kalbhushan already denied to file review petition instead, he is asking for Mercy from President of Pakistan. All these concepts of cold start are already taught in PA war schools. It's just simply slow mobilization of man and material close to enemy front line , a very low key build up. In the age of satellite and 24/7 monitoring , these concepts only look nice in books and planning conventions.

IK Gujral (I think VP singh as well) completely decimated RAW network in pak. That is how much naive / stupid Indian leadership has been (sometimes, not always).

When Modi became PM, all this stupidity/naivety ended from India. India has been not been always reactive. I think this is what pak leadership is unable to digest. Removing 370 is something that pak leadership never anticipated or thought india has the guts to do. This gutsy (+ intelligent / pro-active) approach of Modi is what pak leadership hates.

Being a "guest" this long, Jadhav would not have much left to disclose to Pakistanis. Now this thing can be closed only in few ways. 1. Release his as a swap for another prisoner. 2. Release him unilaterally. 3 Kill him "accidentally". 4. Execute him as per judgement.

None of which are very good options for Pakistan Government. Can't do 1 & 2. If they do 3. it will not look good internationally. For 4 they need World to be satisfied that due process was used. That is why all this noise about consular access, I think.

A) If option#4 is executed, what would be India's reaction? Is it worth it for Pak?
B) if option#4 is executed, will be better or worse for pak? Specifically, since german ambassador said that Taliban gave KY to pak, and that he is caught in Afghanistan, and not pakistan.

Are there any examples of spies being executed in (modern world) between civilized nations?? Like between USA& USSR? (I can google, but pointers would be appreciated).
