what all that budget good for, what happened to Moodi's promise to teach Pakistan a lesson if there is any terror in India, what I hear is terror happening everyday in Indian Kashmir, what about LOC violation...when are you going to use that budget that is for your requirements, isn't you requirements met yet...this is what he meant when he says India's budget is a waste, if you requirement is to teach Pakistan and China lessons then why Chinese came inside your territory and taught you bar-b-q techniques.
