Indian Army Pilots Die To Avoid Civilian Casualties

although i agree the time has come to retire the chetaks and cheetahs, but beleive me there is nothing wrong with the aircraft. it still operates at high altitudes and is still a very safe flying machine (having had the pleasure of flying it myself although as journalist that too a civilian version).

i think indian armed forces (IAF and army) need to have a re-look at their maintenance practices.

REST IN PEACE. Indeed very comendable to think so selflessly when death is certain and in such close proximity.

Nothing more noble than to die as a soldier for the country. May their souls find peace in Valhalla.

RIP to the departed Souls of our Braves.......... They died doin for what they been trained to do..... Heartbreaking when think about the families...... its high time now for GOI n MOD to be swift in decesion makings..... As this wont be acceptable anylonger by nation to let loose our men's lives like this.

The two officers manoeuvered their chopper away from an area where they could eyeball civilians on the ground, crashing finally into a house whose occupants were away.

This portion of news item is a bit awkward!
So they already knew that the occupants were already away thus they crashed onto it?
