What is this "B" instead of "P" thing you guys are always going on about?

It is sort of like when you guys replace "r" with "l" when talking to Chinese people? Which ironically only actually applies to Cantonese speakers, not to Mandarin speakers.

Cantonese speakers find it hard to pronounce "r", "th", "sh", etc. because those sounds don't exist in Cantonese. So in HK, "three" would be pronounced as "fee".

The stereotypical Chinese accent is a Cantonese one, due to Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan etc. Fried rice = Flied lice and all that.

However, Mandarin speakers don't have those problems.

Some Indians dislike Pakistan so much that they avoid the use of letter P .. Would create hilarious words/sentences though

All countries with worst ranking have low score in (Justice, helath, education, economics and politics) because of poverty, illiteracy and bad governance...

May be Afghanistan is at bottom because women there wear burqa which is sign of oppression for those who live in western countries
