Nothing particularly newsworthy in this but okay. India and Israel have had a robust defence arrangement for while now, is this now suddenly a surprise to some people?

India and Israel should widen the scope of their engagements where possible, increase military-military engagement, introduce more JVs on cutting edge tech in both the civilian and military sectors and increase people-people interaction. Given the relatively small size of Israel the Indo-Israeli relationship will never be as headline grabbing as the Indo-China/US relationships but there is surely the potential to be one of the most beneficial to both India and Israel and Israel is one nation India can trust implicitly.
