Doesnt really matter on the ground as what they 'think' about us or we go about doing things that will 'please' them.
But then a positive perception is always welcome - useful or not.

Where does it say that India is more Industrial than China ??
"The ratings were decided on impressions of a country based on three main factors - the attractiveness of the environment, efficiency of government and how advanced the economy was"
attractiveness of the environment? lol, the environment is full of rebellions, naxals, Kashmiri rebels, ULFA rebels, and to top it all up, India has the world's largest population of people living in poverty!

Oh yeah, in the eight nations that make up the G8.
Check out the worldwide BBC country rating poll, China is ranked more positively worldwide than India is.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/pressoffice/pressreleases/stories/2011/03_march/07/poll.pdfIndia
Globally, views of India have improved significantly since the past year. Forty-two per
cent of people among the 24 tracking countries surveyed both in 2010 and 2011
have favourable views of Indian influence, while 29 per cent give negative ratings.
This represents a six-point increase in positive views, while negative views remained
stable (30% in 2010). Of 27 countries polled, 17 lean positive, four lean negative, and
six are divided
China
Global views of China improved in 2011 from 2010. Among the countries surveyed
both in 2010 and 2011, an average of 44 per cent say that China has a positive
influence in the world, compared to 40 per cent in 2010. The proportion of people
holding the opposite view remained steady (38%)
As suggested I checked out the country results:
India net 13% positive.
China net 6% positive.
Check the post again.Maybe you didn't read, I said only positive ratings, nothing about net.Check the post again.
India loves to get their hopes up. lol
I have secret- that the fact India over china is viewed favourbaly is not a secret. I mean really is this even fair?
On one side you China and their list of allies they support and then on the other side you have 99.99999% of the world.

Not according to the global polls which your fellow Indian posted himself.![]()

As suggested I checked out the country results:
India net 13% positive.
China net 6% positive.
Unless you applied some special Chinese mathematics, 13 percent is greater than 6 percent; so are you trying to misinform the audience as usual?

You should ask the G8

Do you know what the word 'G8' sounds like in Chinese?![]()
