There are many so called designated and assumed terrorist who are freed by Supreme Court too...So either we have to assume that whatever Supreme Court says is wrong or accept its validity in accept the decision...If we agree that convict will be guily the same logic can be applied to many alleged terrorist who are freed by Supreme Court due to lack of evidence..

Mate..one thing for sure, although i am not so confident about Pakistan Gov, i have to admit that i give more credibility to Pakistan electronic media than our stupid Indian electronic media...Our electronic media sucks....keep aside our bias against Pakistan, but Pakistan electronic media and in particular, express tribune and The Dawn kind of news group provide very very balanced coverage for India Pakistan issue...

But yes, Pakistan Gov posistion is a a different factor altogether...which is quite expected..

In India there are 892 news channel and 403 current affairs channels. And this is just on Television. I am not even including social media and internet.

So there is intense competition for the truth and for TRP and viewership.

Of course there is also much noise, but Indian viewers know how to discern news from the noise. Which means an Indian viewer is far more aware of real time news than anything pakistan can produce.

Perception is not reality. Especially when it is colored with prejudice.
