What kind of upgrade was being done to this Mirage-2000? The recent stand off prompted this upgrade probably, the strike could have been already planned. There have been reports of engine failures in 2 seater versions of Mirage-2000

@Khafee are UAE AF Mirage 2000-9's more advanced than IAF Mirage-2000 H's or -5's ? Or are UAE AF and IAF mirages on par w.r.t upgrades and capabilities ?

Indians are doing very negative publicity of foreign aircrafts recently they announce that last month they lost two pilots due to aircraft failure (mirage 2000)….period

Reasons are low flying skills. maintenance and spares (ghoos khoori).
