Man you still can't tell the difference between diplomatic niceaties and strategic agreements. Wake me up when you have something concrete.

No the Malaysians do not use MKIs, only india does that's why they are designated MKIs. The Malysians use MKM, which are different and don't have any indian made components, they were bought directly.

For the Malaysian deal, Irkut was the main contractor, but canards, stabilizers and fins were manufactured by India’s HAL Nasik under a $25-30 million value subcontract, and India plays a role in helping the RMAF to maintain their fleet.

The contract to supply the parts was with Irkut not Malaysia. India bought the largest fleet of SUs, and builds them and as part of that contract, Irkut buys parts from the HAL assembly line regardless of who the end buyer is, HAL had no contract with Malaysia. India has however provided short courses to a number of Malaysian pilots and technicians.

As I said if there is any major change in strategic relations between India and Malaysia, wake me up else the above news is no news at all.

If your interested in Malysians defence news just youtube LIMA 2015, the largest ASEAN naval event. Boustead the Malaysian shipbuilder is building 6 Gowind frigates, and a lot more news....

but still the reality doesnt change that HAL has assembled canards, stabilizers and fins for Malaysian Su-30MKM.

Malaysia is brotherly country for Indians.

How exactly is Malaysia a brotherly country for indians? It wasn't that long ago that indians were berating the Malaysians for discriminating against their indian origin population. Malaysian are smart enough to not take side between any powers, they just take care to look after their own interests.
