She neither had money to buy food ( because even food needs buy to obtain in India ) nor did the railway department provide her with food on the train. There was in fact another person who was found dead in the toilet of a "Shramik" train four days after the train meandered through India to reach a certain town. He too had most probably died of hunger, thirst and exhaustion. Why don't you speak of the record of the Yogi government which fed dead bodies to dogs ?
