Pakistan has importance here because it is the governor of regional terrorist groups. It isn't enough keep out those in factor of finance which lies with India. Pak being able to keep India out at its will is a joke anyway.

Pretty sure that's a fake letter.

For starters the letter isn't addressed from the Department of State nor does it have the official seal of the Department of State on it.

Furthermore, the letter isn't even being attributed to US Secretary of State because his name doesn't appear anywhere on the letter nor does his signature. Instead the letter is weirdly stating it's from the "Secretary of State Washington" who is Kim Wyman not Antony Blinken.

Maybe there's more to the letter but I think this is just a very poorly constructed fake by someone who didn't even bother to do any research.

1. Hahahahahaha that's why you shouldn't be included in the peace process, you don't know shit about what happens in pak or afg. Your claim of pak supporting IEA remain unsold in obamas era, trumps era and will remain unsold now. No other country's need to provide logistics, bases, training to the talibans when afg is 70% controlled by them.
