If India behind is burning so badly then it should also join the countries compensating us for war on terror..specifically if it wants pakistan to crack on anti-indian groups. With India its always one way street of benefit

Get your govt (or ISI/Army) to name a price for shutting down the terror camps and sending over the 19 most wanted folks to India. May be a deal can be struck..

Actually is it such a "brainless" idea? Probably it was a very well thought-out idea to hold out a "meaningless lollipop" to GoP. Knowing fully well that it would not clear the objections at the EU Trade Commission. And the reluctance of the EU to shell out funds up-front to Pakistan. This was a very well crafted ruse to appear generous without dishing out any cash. And with the OBL episode just having taken place, the EU will quietly let it sink like a stone; while letting the objections get blamed for the flop. The EU countries have no desire to put their hands into their pockets, considering the strident public opinion in their countries. Seems to be a very devious plan.
