No by same logic all human should return to Africa. People migrated and divided. But there should be some logical steps to settle people. Which isnt present from Myanmar side.

Take some penfluridol. . Even our state capital Bhubaneswar is better than shithole Dhaka. First try to overtake Kolkata , then talk. Your ppl even do not a decent organ transplant center . I even saw some ppl coming to Kolkata for that. First have some decent infrastructure before stating big things.

And about influence , most bangla are piss poor to have influence, they are just pest here nothing more.
