You know I used to make fun of war between two countries before Feb 2019 .. War will happen, sooner or later doesn't mean or have to be decisive or Nuclear , but a larger scale Skirmish or conflict in on the Horizon .

On a serious note, India and Pakistan are both are just fooling their people....BJP will just do small LOC incidents and pretend as if fighting a war with Pakistan...And Pakistan will always have an excuse of the economy and will never initiate war...Now, in this scenario, why do you think any full-blown war will happen in the next 20 years?

Anyway, i do not want to put water on the enthusiasm of the OP to see any war happening in the coming days. But the ground reality is different....In next 4 year, Modi will be out of power. There will be another Non BJP Gov will come to power in India and they will do the same goodie goodie thing as it was done in last 70 year with respect to Pakistan...Then people will be busy in their regular life and start watching cricket matches in our homes. This is the ground reality of India Pakistan relation.

Because BJP set a new Normal in India, that every time a Attack happen in Kashmir or mainland India the people will demand Surgical strikes or some sort of Reaction, we see that pressure after Pulwama, despite the media shows that Pulwama guy was from Kashmir with a clear Motive, the pressure/excuse to Attack Pakistan was there, I don't believe Pulwama was last attack , unless India will keep the Curfew for years to follow , BJP as it goes bound to make another mistake out of their sheer Islam hate, and this will trigger Chaos in India, and than look for a strong Diversion and what's better Diversion than Attacking Pakistan ? or rallying the people against a Common enemy ? Pakistan will not start a war if it wants it would have happened , or else Pakistan would not spare IAF on 26th or 27th , or returned Abhinandun or open Kartarpur Corridor , Pakistan wants to improve its economy but to keep the K issue Alive on international Stage, IK is a honest man you can trust him when he says he wants to make Friendly Ties with India and increase Trade but it wont happen unless the Kashmir issues is not settled .

Basically, BJP and their statergist never intend to make any war. They are truely banya in nature. Unless, there is an economic advantage with respect to war, BJP will not initiate it...

BJP had 3 things to finish in 2019. Kashmir - 370, Ayodhya and CAA. They have successfully completed these items and to divert people's attention from protesting in these core items, they brought few other bills which will be a distraction. People who are shouting for war or protesting for CAA bills are all pseudo-secular burger youths funded by some one or the other...So BJP is giving them some narrative to ensure, they focous on their couple of core agenda that yet to be finished. And i am sure, war is not one of them.

For a moment, let us assume that Pulwama is no way related to Pakistan...But can you deny the fact that Pakistan is not associated with anti national elements of India? India support of any strike of our army in Pakistan is the our frustration that we are patiently tolerating Pakistan and their constant support to anti Indian elements since we are kids. Forget about even Pulwama, there are counteless major incidents in India that was tracked back to Pakistan based outfits.

Pakistan returning our pilot is perceived as your weakness. Personally, I may applaud IK for his interest with peace, but peace can not be achieved by releasing Indian soldier and in parallel, supporting Kashmir separatism in India.
