But construction through a disputed area may not go well with GoI.

told your fellow Indian before as well not to get too hung up at the specifics, monetary figure and the specific method (tactical nukes etc)
why you decided that I am taking this 500 million as a kosher? read the post again what I said. there is no way of telling the specifics of a subversive mission unless it is entirely busted

I know you are non serious but my post is also for the other Indian members who are quietly smiling at your cuteness. espionage and subversion is not just about throwing money bags at the gun totting leaders . its way beyond that and the monetary value is very arbitrary because of the services employed have different dimensions and different platforms NGOs, media, politics, religion to name the few. some times its not really the money bags but the favours depending up the individuals.
