F-7PG has single piece canopy (windscreen) as seen on the first picture you posted while in the video and simulation picture you posted,it has bow in front of the hud i.e 3 piece canopy.So yes, its an F-7 P in the video.
Also the simulation picture is of a Mig21 I think.

So where is the frame in below image which splits the front portion into three... doesn't the middle portion in the above image looks bigger than what you see below.If we're being strict about the terminologies then that's a four-piece canopy. The F-7PG has a two-piece canopy.
