Imran Khan Visit to America Ignored by Late night shows ?

As you guys have noticed that Late night shows has become a very vocal voice in American and World Politics and they cover almost everything from Politics to Sports , specially news that include Trump . Every time Trump say something racist or dumb they are all over trump or republicans but I can't help but notice that not even a single Hosts from these late night shows has cover Trump Imran Khan meeting ? Why ? I understand Trevor Noah because his show is full of Indians so I doubt he would cover the story and even if he did that will be negative . But I hear nothing from Stephen Colbert , Samantha Bee , John Oliver etc ? There was no Mainstream media coverage except Fox I guess , CNN and MSNBC were weirdly quite about it ? Even when Trump has said something cringe-worthy about Afghanistan .

What would be the reason for them to completely ignore the meeting, which discussed a lot of important things like Afghanistan and War on Terror , Was it on purpose or just a Eh Attitude of these corespondents towards Pakistan, I remember almost everyone of these hosts are quick to mention Pakistan every time a Bad news comes out of it , but this whole Trip of our Democratically elected PM was gone unnoticed ?

Trevor Noah is really a nobody. If he could achieve half the things Imran Khan achieved we would make a comparison.

Imran Khan didn't come with approval of certain powerful groups who run world affairs. There will always be jealousy and regret.

For us Pakistanis he is the best leader. The world can all be united on one side against Imran Khan and it would not make an iota of difference. Imran Khan is the most popular leader in Pakistan. He has the full backing of Pakistanis all over the world including in Pakistan.

His Trump visit was a huge success. Pakistan will work closely with Donald Trump to achieve success in Afghanistan. Something Obama could never achieve and that is the real hurt. Obama's legacy is drone strikes and that of a child murderer. Trump who they accuse of all sorts never killed Pakistanis. Trevor Noah and the likes are all part of Obama's bandwagon. Obama failed miserably and these stooges cannot accept defeat.

Well if its of concern, you should do your bit to make sure Donald Trump is elected for 2nd term....given the MSM is in cahoots with anti-donald trump deepstate....so anything that gives positivity to donald trump (say meeting a foreign leader thats also very different from run of the mill) will be flatly ignored.

Increasingly US legacy media will dbl down, in effort to not accept their defeat and the truth of what Obama actually was and what he actually did in making a Trump presidency inevitable.

The answer lies in not watching MSM, move to social media for the better content, and elect donald trump again. Its the best chance of creating a more fair balanced media again....got to destroy the old bitter losers first.

So if mainstream media and these late night show ignored PM IK visit because of Indian lobby or pressure than why it's wrong to say that Murcians have not a single institute which is safe from lobbying ? And indians are more powerful than America itself ? Indians protect their self interests using their lobbies and media and yet American failed to highlight their own benefit which they would get from ending Afghan war ?

I doubt Pakistan has that power to put any influence on American election . At most we can do is wish that he get reelected , but what concern me that despite half of America is against these MSM but still the other half rely on it for their primary source of news and if they completely ignore this visit than it means half of America doesn't even know a man with a name of IK even visited USA .

IK's US-visit just didn't get the press from MSM, let alone from late-night talk show hosts. He doesn't have the name recognition compared to other leaders.

I don't think its indian lobby that did it. MSM just has deep rooted bias against trump. You don't really need lobby to do what they intrinsically want to do anyway. Making outreach to pakistan leader by trump is a very definition of what MSM would hate for people to see and acknowledge.....because it shows Trump isnt guided by deep state norms (which they feel emboldens US public against their privileged cushy existence).

Remember trump was a media personality himself....but he basically didnt play by their rules and went "rogue". They don't like that at all. Just like career politicians/elites hate that too (who are one and the same with MSM).

I was talking more to you as individual rather than any country. Every little bit helps, at some point everyone has to wake up to what the unfair legacy media is all about...and they being just an arm of the deep state that is recoiling from the Trump onslaught for 3 years (after putting him on pedestal initially thinking ppl wont notice what they are doing).

On social media, the visit is covered lot more....after all the meeting videos are uploaded to white house youtube site etc....and lot of people pick up discussion/debate/analysis from there (that MSM loses out on because they wont cover in first place).
