The formula that seems to be agreed is that the opposition will gather the required numbers however on the day of NCV, some of its members will disappear so this will fail but so will the PM lose its simple majority, hence new elections within six months timeframe.
This has been agreed between all stakeholders. What's happening now is mere optics. However, for the government they will be able to pass the budget which is important as this will give them leeway to gather support from the government if they give a friendly budget which they will.
