I have always advocated giving PMIK the benefit of his full term in office before judging the results. Always. I have never bashed him personally except in the case of a certain child, but that is a personal matter (except for its implications).

I must say the fix the "finance minister" has offered is sweet. Sweeter than all the honey in the world. Rob the state of billions , hide it away then offer the government just 4% of the ill gotten gains and overnight that black money becomes white and you get to keep 96% of it.
You cant make it up.
Then and then claim that IMF asked him to do it to bring the "undocumented" into the fold.
IMF asks the govt to keep accurate records of the economy and the "finance minister" interprets this to mean a tax amnesty.
Not a demand for maybe half the money but a whopping 4 whole percentage points.
Every looter will be laughing his way to the Bank
